Sale includes (New prices in brackets): Bodycraft F430 Power Rack (New - £430), F431 Cable Attachment (New - £240), 200lbs/90kg Stack (New - £230), F432 Dip Bars (New - £30), F433 Extra Hooks, not in photo (New - £30) AND 2 x Olympic Sleeves, not in photo (New - £40)! £1000 worth of quality power rack equipment (current 'sale' price as normally much much more). Not the cheap stuff like some flimsy ones. These have heavy-duty spring pegs for instant alterations, unlike most which have stupid sword type rods???? Extra hooks allow for a far better use (4 instead of the stock 2). The lat attachment is immense and allows for seated rows, lat pull-downs and numerous other important exercises. The weight stack makes easy weight changes but you can still add a load more (via weight holders) if you're out-growing 90kg lat pull-downs. Can be easily dismantled into chunks if you have a van. Otherwise it will need more dismantling to get in an estate car/Mondeo size. If you have a high van then it can go as one. May be able to help with this. No bench obviously (these don't come with benches). I love this thing but after my shoulder injury it's under covers at my unit (hence stock photos). So it must go. It's my second one as I sold my first one when I sold my house. First thing I re-bought was this. They give you so much confidence with the safety assured.
